We're seeking a dedicated and solutions-oriented IT Technical Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and supporting end-users.

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and highly proactive.
• Able to perform basic to intermediate SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).
• Experienced in using remote tools such as VNC or TeamViewer.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Actively coordinate with internal teams (developers, business analysts, network, customer service, and outlets) regarding technical or operational issues.
• Ensure that movie schedules are properly distributed to all outlets and coordinate with outlets in case of any disruptions.
• Take a proactive role in ensuring transactions from MTix to outlets run smoothly.
• Provide first-level (L1) technical support before escalating issues to the advanced technical team.
• Create and maintain SOPs or knowledge base documentation related to operational processes.
