Position Overview
Tinjauan Posisi
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring the availability of production systems. You will serve as the first line of incident response by identifying, analyzing, and resolving production issues to keep business services running smoothly.
You will also execute operational procedures based on established runbooks, including application rollback, service restart, deployment verification, and initial recovery actions. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor the health, availability, and performance of production systems.
- Perform first-level incident detection, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Execute operational procedures based on standard runbooks.
- Support deployment verification, application rollback, and service recovery activities.
- Monitor system performance using observability and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
- Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Participate in shift-based operational support when required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems, preferably Ubuntu.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, New Relic, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and GitOps concepts will be considered a plus.
