Position Overview

In this role, you will assist in software testing, bug identification, and project administration to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the QA, Business Analyst, and Development teams to document. If you have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in IT project support, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the QA team in conducting testing and preparing test result reports.
- Identify, document, and report bugs or system issues.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure the resolution of bugs and technical issues.
- Support Business Analysts in project administration, including managing project documentation such as reports, meeting minutes, and task lists.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields, with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving system issues.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with software testing and project administration is a plus.
