We're seeking detail-oriented people, great with communication, and passionate about working with data to support Cinema Booking team. Join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing Cinema Booking activities and partner collaborations.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support Cinema Booking team especially in inbound message
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via WhatsApp & telephone
- Responsible to calculate the price based on customer needs
- Process administration of Cinema Booking or promotion transaction
- Coordinating with manager and other stakeholders to execute own tasks regarding Cinema Booking & promotion
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Final Semester / Fresh Graduate in communication or similar from reputable university
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms like WhatsApp
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
