If you have experience in business analysis, project management, or product management, along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and challenges.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop process models, workflows, and diagrams to support business operations.
- Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
- Work with IT teams to design and implement business solutions.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Manager.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and problem-solving.
- Strong stakeholder management, teamwork, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability in leading projects and mentoring junior analysts.
