We're seeking detail-oriented people, great with communication, and passionate about working with data and promotions. Join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing promotional activities and partner collaborations.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist with administrative tasks to support promotional and partnership initiatives.
- Input, manage, and track promotional data summaries.
- Support the filing and distribution of partnership agreements, invoices, and other documents.
- Coordinate closely with outlet managers and internal teams.
- Ensure all data and documentation are accurate and well-organized.
- Upload and update promotional communication materials in the system.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Final Semester/Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with functions like SUM, Pivot Tables, and basic data processing).
- Familiarity with data management, document filing, and creating promotional summaries.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Able to meet deadlines and comfortable handling routine, repetitive administrative tasks.
- Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
