Position Overview
Tinjauan Posisi
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support our operational control and compliance processes. This role is responsible for monitoring and reviewing petty cash and inventory transactions, conducting audits across company outlets, analyzing inventory data to identify discrepancies, and ensuring the proper implementation of company SOPs. The position also plays a key role in supporting fraud prevention initiatives by reviewing unusual transactions and assisting in reconciliation processes.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and review petty cash and inventory transactions
- Â Conduct audits at company outlets.
- Analyze inventory data to identify issues or discrepancies
- Review and ensure company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are properly implemented
- Assist in fraud prevention by reviewing unusual transactions and supporting reconciliation processes
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology & System, Communication, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with relevant internship experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other basic formulas)
- Good communication skills, able to work well in a team, and willing to learn
- Fluent in English is a plus
