Position Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to employer branding initiatives. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition, highly organized, and eager to learn.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Search for potential candidates through platforms like Linkedin, JobStreet, or career portals.
- Conduct initial screenings or interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Assist in creating content to attract candidates, such as social media posts or career website updates.
- Participate in recruitment events like job fairs or career webinars.
- Manage recruitment-related documents such as internship contracts, offer letters, etc.
- Assist in onboarding new hires if needed.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about recruitment.
- Familiarity with designing and optimizing employee onboarding programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, creative, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Advanced command of English both spoken and written.
- Interest in video/photo editing and social media trends is a plus.
