The GA Analyst is a mid-level role responsible for end-to-end procurement and data management. This position bridges the gap between operational purchasing and data-driven financial reporting to optimize company spending.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Researching potential vendors, evaluating offers, and negotiating contract terms for both IT and Non-IT goods.
• Supply Chain Oversight: Monitoring order tracking, ensuring timely delivery, and performing quality control on all purchased products.
• Data & Analytics: Leading Master Data Management (ETL, cleansing, and profiling) and creating detailed financial reports or cost analyses.
• Operational Liaison: Coordinating with technical and operational divisions to resolve any procurement-related issues.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing or procurement roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with purchasing software (SAP, SpendMap, etc.) and Business Intelligence reporting.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of vendor sourcing practices and data standardization.

• Research potential vendors until Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Coordinate with operation and technical division if any trouble related to operational

• Proven work experience min. 2 years as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify, SpendMap, SAP)
• Understanding of IT and Non-IT related goods
• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Standardization, ETL (Extract Transform Load), Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
