We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead the planning, development, and operation of our company's IT systems and information security. This role is responsible for ensuring that all IT infrastructure and services are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT service management, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and services.
• Ensure IT systems run efficiently, securely, and support business needs.
• Supervise the IT team and service desk; coach and develop team members.
• Coordinate with vendors and provide strategic IT and security recommendations.
• Manage IT assets: servers, storage, networks, data centers.
• Implement ITSM processes (incident, request, change, problem) using ITIL framework.
• Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop information security policies and manage systems (firewall, DLP, antivirus, SIEM).
• Handle security incidents, audits, and ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications: ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, VCP, CISSP/CISM/CEH.
• 15+ years in IT infrastructure & services, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experienced in server, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network management (LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN).
• Skilled in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, endpoint protection, DLP, SIEM, and compliance standards.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and align tech solutions with business needs.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and crisis response skills.
