Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Compare and evaluate offers from vendors and assess the quality of purchased products.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and pricing with vendors.
- Manage payment systems or billing processes.
- Maintain databases related to order details (such as Vendor, Quantity, Price, and others).
- Manage historical records of purchased products along with Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices.
- Manage Vendor and Outsourcing Agreement documents.
- Handle asset management tasks such as tracking and monitoring, transfers, and creating SOP.
- Process reimbursement/replenishment costs for petty cash.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Building Management, Asset Management, or Facility Services.
- Knowledge in vendor selection (research, evaluation, and selection) and strong negotiation skills with vendors.
- Understanding of IT and non-IT related goods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and conduct cost analysis.
- Experience in Master Data Management, Data Standardization, ETL (Extract Transform Load), Data Profiling, Data Cleansing, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Proficient in using Purchasing software (e.g., Procurify, SpendMap, SAP) is a plus
