We're looking for a dynamic and highly analytical IT Business Analyst to serve as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and engineering teams. In this role, you will be at the forefront of translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions. From gathering requirements and crafting user stories to managing project timelines and driving product adoption, you will ensure our software initiatives are delivered successfully and truly align with our business goals.

• Manage project scope and timelines, collaborating closely with product managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between business units, development teams, and other key parties to successfully achieve project goals
• Provide user training and ongoing support to drive effective adoption and maximize the use of new software solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, translating them into clear, actionable requirements for the engineering team
• Analyze and validate these requirements to guarantee they are complete, consistent, and fully aligned with business objectives
• Convert requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide developers in designing and building robust software

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong foundation in requirements gathering, data analysis, and business process modeling.
• Excellent problem solving and technical documentation skills, with proven experience in Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL, business process mapping, and use case development
• Hands on experience with project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence), coupled with a strong understanding of system integration principles
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java or PHP), familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and an understanding of UI/UX design principles
