Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in supporting the operational and technical aspects of our cinema and ticketing services. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners to maintain system reliability and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Description
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Actively coordinate with internal teams regarding technical and operational issues.
- Proactively ensure smooth transaction processes from m.tix to outlet.
- Create SOP documentation and knowledge base related to handled operational processes.
- Coordinate with outlets in case of technical issues or m.tix transaction cancellations.
- Liaise with external teams regarding movie schedules and promotions.
- Collaborate actively with internal teams on ongoing IT projects.
Qualification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology or related fields.
- Quick to learn, detail-oriented, and highly proactive.
- Communicative with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to perform basic SQL queries.
